If my dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, I agree that my dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Tarrant County, Texas. I agree that Lend USA’s only liability shall be limited to its processing fee. I agree that all venues shall be in Tarrant County, Texas.
OTHER
Loan Approvals shall only be issued in writing and must be signed by the chairman of the loan approval committee to be valid. There are no verbal or oral loan approvals. There shall be no other form of loan approval, only written approval. “Pre-approval,” “Pre-Qualification,” “Pre-Qualified” are merely preliminary opinions and are not loan approvals.
LOAN DENIAL: I understand that there is no guarantee any loan application will be approved. Due to changing loan markets, some programs may change or be eliminated without notice. PLEASE Call for details.
I agree that LEND USA shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses resulting in any delays. There will be no refunds of any fees paid by me, or on my behalf, for any reason.
I authorize LEND USA to submit my loan application to lenders for review and consideration and I understand that my loan, if approved, may be from a lender other than LEND USA.
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that to facilitate loan approval, LEND USA may utilize the services of other entities, including subsidiaries of LEND USA. I understand that any credit decisions concerning my application are made by the final lender/investor and not by Lend USA.
CONFIDENTIALITY: LEND USA’s conversation, rates, points, fees, and disclosures are considered extremely confidential. I agree not to disclose any LEND USA information, rates, points, fees, disclosures and applications to anyone. I realize that if I breach this agreement, that LEND USA may be damaged and I may be sued.
State and federal law regulate loans, contracts, closing procedures, and disclosures. Individual situations and state laws vary. Users are encouraged to obtain appropriate legal and financial advice for their own circumstances and needs.
All loan programs have certain terms and conditions that may change without any notice to you. Lend USA’s rates, quotes, points, fees, programs are subject to change at any time without notice. Programs may not be combined.
